Service consisting in the performance of programming and implementation works for 23 National Parks websites and one home page

1. Subject of the contract: Service consisting in the performance of programming and implementation works for 23 websites of National Parks and one home page 2. Proceedings carried out by the Attorney (TPN) under Agreement No. DOP/2/POIŚ/2022. The subject of the Agreement is the comprehensive preparation and conduct on behalf of and for the benefit of the Beneficiary (Ministry of Climate and Environment) two separate public procurement procedures in the scope of the task entitled "Creation and launch of a mobile and desktop version of 23 PN websites and one home page" as part of the project Promotion of National Parks as a Brand implemented by the Beneficiary (Ministry of Climate and Environment), on the basis of the co-financing agreement no. POIS.02.04.00-00-0001 / 15-00 of 19 May 2016 as amended, under Measure 2.4 Nature protection and environmental education priority axis II ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, INCLUDING ADAPTATION TO CLIMATE CHANGE Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 (OPIE). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Ordering Party towards the subject of the contract are set out in: 3.1. Annex 2 to the SWZ: description of the subject of the contract, 3.2. Annex 3 to the SWZ: model contract. 4 Required guarantee for the service provided covered by the subject of the contract: 24 months from the date of protocol acceptance of the subject of the contract. The warranty period is equal to the warranty period for defects. 5. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted. 6. The Contracting Authority shall indicate the following reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: 6.1. The subject of the contract is one technological line consisting in creating a process of programming and implementation works aimed at creating 23 websites of National Parks. 6.2. All tasks to be entrusted to the contractor are closely related to each other and constitute one functional whole. They must be performed by one contractor, because the performance of the next task depends on the results of the previous one. Due to the above scope of activities performed as part of the subject of the contract and the need to achieve the final effect of the work, it is unjustified to divide the contract into lots.
