The tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of insect and pest control.

This tender concerns the conclusion of a nationwide four-year framework agreement for the supply of insect and pest control to social housing organisations affiliated with AlmenProcurement.

Insect and pest control shall include internal and external protection against and control of:

Fruit flies, beetles, humbasses, bench biters, bread beetles, flies, cluster flies, domestic clans, pork clans, fur clans, wasps, bees, cockroaches, cloth moths / larvae, fleas, flour moths/larvae, murbees, ants, moths, rice flour beetles, silverfish, beard bugs and bedbugs and rodents (excluding rats).

The contract will be concluded with AlmenProcurement, as an overall framework agreement with one supplier (hereinafter the "Framework Agreement"). The framework agreement can be used by the organisations, including administrative organisations, housing associations and departments, listed in Appendix 1 of the tender documents.

The expected and maximum value of the Framework Agreement is calculated at DKK 8,000,000 excl. VAT. When the maximum value is reached, the maximum value is automatically extended by 50%, unless the Ordering Entity has previously terminated the Framework Agreement.
