1. The subject of the contract is divided into the following 2 parts:
1) Part No 1:
a) rental service with the delivery of 20-foot sanitary containers with a water tank and a faecal tank, their servicing (cleaning) and collection after the end of the exercises.
2. Lot No 2:
a) rental and service of portable sanitary cubicles with washbasins of the Contractor as well as rental and service of portable washbasins.
2. The Contractor undertakes to:
1) Within the scope of Lot No. 1:
a) delivery of sanitary containers to the places indicated in the OPZ (Appendix No. 5A to the Terms of Reference);
b) servicing sanitary containers in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix No. 5A to the Terms of Reference);
c) equipping containers with assortment in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix No. 5A to the Terms of Reference).
(2) Within the scope of Lot No. 2:
a) delivery and equipment of sanitary cubicles with washbasins of the Contractor and portable washbasins to the places indicated in the OPZ (Appendix No. 5B to the Terms of Reference);
b) servicing sanitary cubicles and portable washbasins in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix 5B to the Terms of Reference);
Rental and service of sanitary containers1. The subject of the contract is divided into the following 2 parts:

2. The Contractor undertakes to:

3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the field of:
1) servicing of sanitary containers,
4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 5A to the Terms of Reference.
5. An integral part of the description of the subject matter of the contract are the draft provisions of the contract, depending on the part to be applied for by the Contractor (Appendix No. 4A to the Terms of Reference)
Rental and service of sanitary cubicles, portable washbasins1. The subject of the contract is divided into the following 2 parts:

2. The Contractor undertakes to:
(1) With regard to Lot No. 2:
a) delivery of sanitary cubicles with washbasins of the Contractor and portable washbasins to the places indicated in the OPZ (Appendix No. 5B to the Terms of Reference);
b) servicing sanitary cubicles and portable washbasins in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix 5B to the Terms of Reference);
c) equip the cabins with assortment in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix No. 5B to the Terms of Reference).
3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the field of:
1) servicing sanitary cubicles and portable washbasins.
4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 5B to the Terms of Reference.
5. An integral part of the description of the subject matter of the contract are the proposed provisions of the contract, depending on the part to be applied for by the Contractor (Appendix No. 4B to the Terms of Reference)
