Fredericia Municipality provides the daily operation and maintenance of all public road lighting systems in the municipality, including emergency response, rectification of faults and deficiencies, preventive maintenance as well as carrying out inspections and supply of electricity for the road lighting.

The main features of the contract are:

1. Operation and maintenance

• On-call and emergency response

• Handling and answering error reports

• Error database with registration of error types and remediation

• Daily operation and maintenance of road lighting systems throughout the municipality, including rectification of errors and deficiencies

• Overhaul and overhaul

• Maintain and update documentation

• Administration, including handling of error database and plant database

2. Supply of electricity to road lighting and other connected installations (signalling and road engineering systems)

• Purchasing, delivery and administration of electricity procurement for the plants

• Consumption statistics for all meters in the system

• Administration of customer/installation numbers in connection with entry/departure of plants

The contract provides for the operation and maintenance of the following main volumes:

ca. 13,000 pcs. operation and maintenance of road lighting fixtures

approx. 173 meter installations in road lighting cabinets

approx. 171 pcs. Amplex control units in road lighting cabinets

approx. 51 plants Toronto plant (Blink) and E17 boards

approx. 173 pcs. Customer numbers for purchasing and administration of electricity purchases.

Purchase of approx. 1.6 million kWh per year
