The construction project is the 2nd construction phase of the "General renovation of the community center Langwasser", which mainly involves indoor work. In the first phase of construction (2010-2013), a second emergency escape route was created from the upper floor and the outer shell (roofs, windows, doors, walls) of the main building (without Annex 3) was refurbished. The community building (short GLW) consists of a predominantly one-storey main building, which only partial-basement and z. T. two-storey. Separately accessible are 3 outbuildings.
