The existing indoor pool in Landshut is to be demolished and replaced by a new building. The subject of the procurement process is the procurement of general planner services concerning the planning areas object planning for buildings and interiors according to §§ 33 et seq. HOAI 2021, specialist planning structural engineering according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI 2021, specialist planning of technical equipment in plant groups 1-8 according to §§ 53 et seq. HOAI 2021 (without kitchen technology), Building physics (thermal insulation, sound insulation, room acoustics) according to Appendix 1.2 HOAI 2021, services for fire protection: acc. to AHO (Committee of Associations and Chambers of Engineers and Architects for Fee Arrue Arrue e. V.), issue no. 17, services for fire protection, as of 2015 for the aforementioned construction project.

The subject of the contract to be awarded are general planning services with the following planning disciplines:

- Project planning for buildings and interiors according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI, in the service phases LPH 1-9,

- Specialist planning structural planning according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI, in the service phases LPH 1-6,

- Specialist planning of the technical equipment in all plant groups 1-8 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, in the service phases LPH 1-9,

— Building physics services (thermal insulation, sound insulation, room acoustics) according to Appendix 1.2 HOAI, in the performance phases LPH 1-7, 8 (sound insulation, room acoustics),

- Services for fire protection according to AHO (Committee of the Associations and Chambers of Engineers and Architects for the Fee Regulations e.V.), Issue No. 17, Services for Fire Protection, as of 2015, in the service phases LPH 1-5, 8.

The scheduling/consulting services are to be commissioned in stages. The levels are broken down as follows:

— Level 1 (permanently commissioned): planning/consulting services LPH 1-2,

— Level 2 (optionally commissioned): planning/consulting services LPH 3-4,

— Level 3 (optionally commissioned): planning and consulting services LPH 5-7 or LPH 5-6 (structural engineering) or LPH 5-7 (building physics) or LPH 5 (fire protection),

—Level 4 (optionally commissioned): planning services LPH 8-9 (building, TA) or 8 building physics building and room acoustics, fire protection).

Special services are also optionally commissioned in individual service phases (unless otherwise indicated) and hourly wage work. The client reserves the right to call up only optionally commissioned services, whereby it can be retrieved individually or as a whole. There is no entitlement to call up only optionally commissioned service components.
