Judges, legal assistants and other employees increasingly perform their work under challenging conditions. To stay physically and mentally healthy, resilience is essential and is therefore part of craftsmanship. An employee who is resilient can function successfully in a variety of circumstances. The MCU provides insight into which stressful aspects the employee experiences in his work and which resources he has and can use. This instrument is primarily intended as a helping hand for judges and legal assistants.

A conservative estimate shows that for a target group of at least 2 281 judges with a two-year cycle MCU, a contract sum of EUR 400,000 excluding VAT must in any case be calculated over the term of two years. The realization can be 50% lower or higher. This depends on the initial experiences, available budget and further policy developments.
