The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations and the installation of solar collectors in the Rudnik Commune, which is implemented as part of the project "Environmentally friendly energy in the Rudnik Commune".
Delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in the Rudnik Commune1. Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the Rudnik Commune, including: 1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 73 sets of photovoltaic installations together with the structure adapted to the place of assembly, 2) installation of photovoltaic panels in a place not shaded by any objects throughout the year, using system assembly kits, taking into account the drawing part of the study. An optimal angle of inclination of the panels should be used in accordance with the angle of inclination of the roof or other, unchanged for the exposure of the photovoltaic panel throughout the year, and the panels should be positioned as far south as possible, with a permissible deviation from this direction in the range from -45" to +45, 3) installation of the inverter, 4) installation of the DC disconnector, 5) installation of security in switchgears, 6) routing and connection of electrical wires, 7) connection to the electrical installation in the switchboard of the building, 8) assembly of the control and measurement module and communication module, 9) commissioning of the inverter, 10) informing the user about the safety rules and proper operation of the installation and providing device instructions in Polish. 4.3. The detailed scope of works (Description of the Subject of the Contract) is included in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ – Technical projects (part 1 of the contract).
Delivery and installation of solar collectors in the Rudnik Commune1. Delivery and assembly of solar collector installations in the Rudnik Commune, including in particular: 1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation of 28 sets of solar collector installations held by the Ordering Party, together with the construction adapted to the place of assembly, 2) assembly of solar collectors using system assembly kits and connection sets intended for a given type of collector, taking into account the drawing part of the study. The optimal angle of inclination of the collectors should be used, unchanged for the collector exposure throughout the year, in the range from 30° to 45° and the setting of the collectors as far south as possible, with a permissible deviation from this direction in the range from -45° to +45" - according to the drawing part, 3) dismantling of the existing DHW tank and disconnection from the existing installation (the tank remains at the disposal of the owner of the facility), 4) installation of a new DHW heater with a mixing valve and connecting to the DHW system circuit, 5) assembly and insulation of pipelines between collectors, pump group and DHW heater, 6) assembly of the pump group, 7) installation of temperature sensors in collectors and tank, 8) connection of the existing heat source to the heater, 9) delivery and assembly of an electric heater or circulation pump with fittings, 10) rinsing with solar fluid and conducting tightness tests of the solar installation, 11) filling, venting and appropriate regulation of the liquid flow and determining the correct pressure according to the instructions of the manufacturer of solar collectors, 12) finishing at least in accordance with the original state of the installation passages (plaster / insulation, passages through walls, ceilings, roof) and effective protection against weather conditions of places outside the facility, where the work was carried out, 13) programming and commissioning of the automation system along with connecting the communication modem to the regulator and attaching it to the wall next to the pump group, 14) informing the user about the rules of operating the solar system and providing instructions for the devices in Polish. Informing the user about the safety rules and proper operation of the solar collector installation and providing instructions for the devices. 2.
