Description:

The delivery in this procurement concerns the construction contract for the treatment hall. The assignment shall be implemented as a performance contract based on NS 8405 with FjellVAR's special contract terms.

Commencement for the contract is anticipated to be 1.11.2018. Completion is anticipated to be by 1.7.2019.

The Contracting Authority has set a price ceiling of 20 000 000 NOK excluding VAT for the procurement. The Contracting Authority retains the right to reject tender offers that exceed the estimated price ceiling for one or both parts, but are not obligated to reject such offers, cfr. the Regulation on Procurement in the Utilities Sector § 20-8 (2) d).
