Néotoa wants to deploy BIM through the digitization of its entire real estate portfolio. The client has identified BIM as a method for asset management through the integration of information related to equipment:

- the understanding of the heritage by his collaborators thanks to the visualization of the digital model inserted in his site,

- knowledge of the work carried out thanks in particular to the follow-up of routine and scheduled maintenance,

- the consultation of all the technical data via the digital model,

- control of the costs of maintenance and rehabilitation work thanks to precise quantities.

This lot addresses the services of additional surveys on site, including the technical qualification of components that do not have information entered in the residency files provided by Néotoa. This lot is planned according to 2 levels of deliverables:

- 2D CAD statement,

- 3D survey of points cloud.

This lot addresses the transformations services of existing plans and additional on-site reports (lot 1) in order to produce the deliverables as defined in this CCTP.
