Ordered object:
Delivery of teaching aids in the form of specialized equipment and equipment for the purpose of creating an energy training ground and an intelligent building as part of the project "Masters of the profession - increasing the quality of vocational education in Elbląg" co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund from the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for 2014-2020.
The subject of the contract is the supply of teaching aids in the form of specialized equipment and equipment for the purpose of creating an energy training ground and an intelligent building as part of the implementation of the project no. RPWM 02.04.02 Development of vocational education and training in Elbląg – projects of ZIT bis Elbląg.
Delivery and installation of specialized equipment1.The subject and scope of the contract shall describe:
a) VALUATION OF THE DELIVERY constituting ANNEX NO. 1a to the SWZ
b) functional and utility program included in ANNEX NO. 9 to the SWZ:

ADDRESS OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
Elbląg, Rawska 3 - precinct no. 17, cadastral plot no. 57/7, 58, 60/1, 61/1, 62/2, 62/5.
Subject and scope Part 1 of the contract includes:
a) supply of specialized equipment for the purpose of creating an energy training ground and an intelligent building:
A detailed description and quantity is included in the DELIVERY VALUATION for Part 1 of the order constituting ANNEX NO. 1a to the SWZ.
(b) assembly, installation and commissioning, if applicable;
(c) providing the necessary arrangements, permits, certificates, etc.;
d) providing service during the warranty period for equipment that requires servicing.
2. The Ordering Party shall require the award of the following contract for Lot 1:
a) a minimum of 24 months warranty for specialized equipment being the subject of the contract, excluding the warranty for the product and efficiency of photovoltaic panels from item 1. DELIVERY VALUATION for Part 1 of the order constituting ANNEX NO. 1a to the SWZ.
The guarantee period proposed by the Contractor will be one of the criteria that the Contracting Authority will follow when selecting the most advantageous offer,
b) guarantee for photovoltaic panels from item 1. DELIVERY VALUATION for Part 1 of the order constituting ANNEX NO. 1a to the SWZ:
- for a product of at least 10 years,
- fitness of at least 25 years,
c) software warranty in accordance with the software manufacturer's warranty
The warranty period begins on the day following the acceptance of the subject of the contract by the Ordering Party and after signing (without comments) the protocol.
3. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it.
The Contracting Authority shall inform that it does not provide for the award of the contract referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) of the Law Pzp.

6. Statement of the Contractor on the actuality of the information contained in the statement referred to in Article 125 (1) of the Pzp Act as regards the grounds for exclusion from the proceedings indicated by the Contracting Authority referred to in:
a) Article 108(1)(3) of the PPL Act,
b) Article 108(1)(4) of the PPL Act, concerning the prohibition of applying for a public contract as a precautionary measure,
(c) Article 108 (1) (5) of the Pzp Act concerning the conclusion of an agreement with other Contractors to distort competition,
(d) Article 108 (1) point 6 of the Pzp Act,
(e) Article 109 (1) (1) of the Pzp Act regarding the breach of obligations relating to payment of taxes and local fees referred to in the Law of 12 January 1991 on taxes and local fees (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1170).
7) Information from the Central Register of Beneficial Owners, if separate regulations require entry in this register, drawn up not earlier than 3 months before its submission;
If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3) point 3, item 1), 3)-5) and 7) announcements - submits the documents specified in § 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labor and Technology of 23 December 2020 on subjective means of proof and other documents or statements that the contracting authority may request from the contractor (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2415).
