General planning services for the construction of a new data center.
The subject of the contract to be awarded is all planning and monitoring services as well as other services that are necessary for the faultless and economical construction of the data center including all necessary additions to the development, expansion of existing systems and the connection to these systems for its sustainable operation. This applies in particular to the refrigeration, power supply and network connection trades. The loose equipment KG600 is planned and procured independently by the AG. Directly adjacent to the planned data center there is a single-storey underground technical building with a refrigeration system and a parking deck above it. A partial dismantling of the parking areas and the existing barrier system, access to the parking deck, existing outdoor facilities and the complete dismantling of a retaining wall and the fill-up behind it are necessary to set up the data center.

For this purpose, the University Hospital Würzburg intends to commission a general planner with the following services, in particular HOAI 2013, as well as other consulting services:
- Object planning for buildings and interiors (HOAI 2013 part 3, section 1, §§ 34 ff.),
- outdoor facilities (HOAI 2013 Part 3, Section 2, §§ 39 ff.),
- Structural engineering (HOAI 2013 part 4, section 1, §§ 51 ff.),
- Technical equipment for plant groups 1 to 5, 7 and 8 acc. Part 4, (HOAI 2013 Part 4. Section 2, §§ 55 ff.); Consulting services,
- Building physics - thermal insulation and energy balance as well as building acoustics (sound insulation) (HOAI 2013 Appendix 1, Number 1.2),
- Engineering surveying (HOAI 2013 Appendix 1, Section 1.4),
- Fire protection certificate in accordance with § 11 of the Building Regulations - BauVorlV and according to Bavarian Building Regulations - BayBO,
- SigeKo services in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance - BaustellV.
Gradual commissioning is planned.

Special services that are to be provided by AN:
- familiarization according to § 8 HOAI (LP 2),
- Participate in the preparation of the household document (HU-Bau) for the budgetary approval of the project (LP 3),
- Detailed proof of economy of the trades of the technical building equipment ALG 2, 3, 4 and 5. (LP 3),
- establishment of a cross-trade fire protection matrix (LP 3),
- Simulations for forecasting the behavior of buildings, components, rooms and open spaces, here CFD analyzes on the flow behavior of warm air and exhaust gases, (LP 3),
- Participation in the procurement of neighboring consents. Supporting the VHF in the event of opposition or legal proceedings (LP 4),
- Participate in the outflow of funds (LP 7),
- Engineering control of the execution of the structure to ensure compliance with the tested static documents. (LP 8),
- Monitoring the rectification of defects within the limitation period (LP 9).
Own work of the AG in LP 4, approval planning:
- Conducting negotiations with the authorities about the ability to approve and submitting the templates.
LP 7, participation in the award:
- Sending the award and contract documents for all service areas,
- keeping the list of applicants and bidders,
- providing information to applicants and bidders,
- solicitation of offers,
- Execution of the submission dates u preparation of the record of the submission,
- Conducting information talks with bidders,
- Documentation of the award procedure.
