Description:
Supply of tyres and associated services for light and heavy vehicles of the EDF Group in the metropolitan France.

Supply, installation, repair, tyre inspection and after-sales service as well as the supply of removable anti-slip devices.

Applicable to light and heavy goods vehicles of the EDF Group spread over the metropolitan territory (including Corsica).

Supply and installation of tyres as well as various associated services such as park visits and supply of removable anti-slip devices for the following category vehicles:

— VL et VUL 4x2,

— VL et VUL 4x4,

— PL,

— all-wheel drive PL,

— VL trailers,

The structure of the road fleet of EDF and its subsidiaries, in particular ENEDIS and its common service, is very roughly as follows:

- Vehicles such as five-seater passenger cars or two-seater company vehicles. The EDF car fleet also includes a small proportion of 4x4 vehicles.

- LCVs consisting mainly of vans and vans.

- Heavy Vehicles including (non-exhaustive list):

- Heavy goods vehicles (3.5 tonnes to 6 tonnes),

- 4x2 chassis, from GVW 8 to 14 tons,

- 4x2 chassis from 15 to 19 tons and 6x4 or 6x2 from 26 tons,

- All-terrain chassis of type 4x4 and 6x6 mainly equipped in single mounting.

- Tractors for semi-trailers.

- Trailers from 500 kg to 10 tons GVW and semi-trailers of all GVWs including some semi-trailers for oversized heavy transport.

Excluded from this contract notice are requirements for "non-road" tyres, including the following products:

— Tyres for machinery limited to 25 km/h or 40 km/h, with agricultural and construction profiles.

— Tyres for self-propelled machinery exempt from registration documents: forklifts, type 3 personnel lifts.

If necessary, the service provider must systematically offer services to extend the life of vehicle tyres provided that this leads to a reduction in the cost of the kilometre. The service provider is also expected to offer the most suitable tyre (model, make) to the conditions of use of the vehicle while remaining in accordance with the characteristics of the original tyre of the vehicle and EDF policies

The majority of consumption in this market will be for tyre needs on heavy goods vehicles. The distribution between entities of the need for tyres for LCV and LCV vehicles will be characterised as follows:

- EDF SA will retain a very minority need for tyres for LCV and LCV type vehicles

- The ENEDIS subsidiary will retain a more significant need for tyres for LCV and LCV vehicles

The number of EDF SA heavy goods vehicles will be around 230 units over the 6 years of the market.

The number of ENEDIS heavy-duty vehicles will be around 3,000 units over the 6 years of the market.
