The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled "Reduction of pollutant emissions by replacing heat sources in the Drzewica Municipality", which consists in the replacement of 108 boilers in single-family residential buildings belonging to residents of the Drzewica Commune ("users"). The exchange includes 108 existing, non-ecological heat sources in the homes of residents of the Drzewica Commune for new ecological heat sources in the form of single-function and dual-purpose boilers powered by liquefied gas together with liquefied gas tanks, pellet-fired boilers and wood gasifying boilers, divided into 2 parts The delivery includes the preparation of required projects, obtaining the necessary permits, arrangements, administrative or technical approvals and then, based on the project prepared in this way, the supply of new heat sources together with the elements necessary for assembly and connection to the installation, dismantling of existing heat sources, installation of new heat sources.

4.1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled "Reduction of pollutant emissions by replacing heat sources in the Drzewica Municipality", which consists in the replacement of 108 boilers in single-family residential buildings belonging to residents of the Drzewica Commune ("users"). As part of the implementation of Part I of the contract, the Contractor will supply 60 new boilers powered by LPG with fuel tanks, of which 56 single-function boilers and 4 dual-function boilers.

4.2. The exchange includes 108 existing, non-ecological heat sources in the homes of residents of the Drzewica Commune for new ecological heat sources in the form of single-function and dual-purpose boilers powered by liquefied petroleum gas together with liquefied gas tanks, pellet fired boilers and wood gasifying boilers, divided into 2 parts The delivery includes the preparation of the required projects, obtaining the necessary permits, arrangements, administrative or technical approvals and then, based on such a prepared project, delivery of new heat sources together with the elements necessary for assembly and connection to the installation, dismantling of existing heat sources, installation of new heat sources, performing the required checks or acceptances and commissioning of new heat sources in the installations of indicated private houses of residents of the Drzewica Commune (users) along with user training and warranty service.

4.3. As part of the implementation of Part I of the contract, the Contractor will deliver 60 new boilers powered by LPG with fuel tanks, of which 56 single-function boilers and 4 dual-function boilers.

4.5. The detailed scope of the contract (subject of the Agreement) is specified in the functional and utility program (PFU), constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.

4.6. All appliances, fittings and fittings must be new and meet the requirements set out in the procurement documents, in particular the PFU.

4.7. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor /Contractors to provide a minimum of 60 months' warranty for the heat sources made, covering the materials and equipment supplied and assembly. Detailed requirements regarding the guarantee are included in the draft contract, constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ – draft contract.

4.8. The Ordering Party requires the arrangement and installation of the boiler together with the other elements of the ordered installation within 3 working days in each location (residential building).
