As part of the further development of teaching and learning formats towards digital and hybrid formats, the libraries of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin increasingly need temporary rooms for active participation in digital and hybrid courses. To this end, it is planned to purchase 16 meeting boxes and 18 telephone boxes.

The meeting and telephone boxes are to be set up at 8 locations of the University Library of the Humboldt University of Berlin.

The meeting and telephone boxes to be procured should in principle:

• Be suitable for temporary stay within the framework of common meeting and teaching formats (2-3 h).

• The cabins should be suitable for single installation, but also for combination installation.

• A service life of at least 10 years is targeted.

In addition to the pure procurement of the boxes, the scope of this tender includes the construction and commissioning.
