The contract concerns the assignment of online reputation management and monitoring web and social networks h 24, 7gg/7, as detailed in the technical specifications and in the framework agreement scheme.

The total value of this expectation is EUR 2 000 000,00 excluding VAT.

The framework agreement to be signed with the successful tenderer shall have a duration of 24 months from the date of conclusion and a maximum amount of EUR 1 000 000,00 excluding VAT.

As regards the identification and quantification of security burdens and related DUVRI (determination No 3/2008 of the AVCP), the framework agreement should be noted that, upon occurrence of the assumptions, the themselves will be quantified when issuing the relevant application orders.

The contracting station reserves the right to exercise the option of amount, under the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral acts, for a further maximum of EUR 1 000 000,00 excluding VAT.

The contracting station also reserves the right to exercise the option of temporal extension of the framework agreement, before the natural expiry, for a maximum of a further 24 months, to the same agreements and conditions, by one or more unilateral acts, in the event that the maximum amount established is not exhausted at the expiry of the same.

The above options that may be exercised jointly or disjointly, if activated, will be communicated to the contractor by certified e-mail before the expiry of the agreement.

It remains without prejudice to the applicability of art. 106, paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
