The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and disposal of veterinary and chemical waste from the Department of Veterinary Hygiene in Warsaw and its Regional Branches in Siedlce and Ostrołęka, i.e.: Package No. 1: Collection, transport and disposal of veterinary waste; Package No. 2: Collection, transport and disposal of chemical waste.

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and disposal of veterinary waste in the amount of up to 43,000 kg, including: from the Department of Veterinary Hygiene in Warsaw, 21 Lechicka Street, 02-156 Warsaw - in the amount of up to 12,000 kg, from the Department of Veterinary Hygiene in Warsaw - Regional Branch in Siedlce, 29 Kazimierzowska Street, 08-110 Siedlce - in the amount of up to 16,000 kg, from the Department of Veterinary Hygiene in Warsaw - Regional Branch in Ostrołęka, Składowa 8A, 07-410 Ostrołęka - up to 15,000 kg. wastes from veterinary diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis – waste code: 18.02.02* and 18.02.03.

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and disposal of chemical/used reagents, after laboratory tests – mixtures of compounds after chemical processes/ code 18 02 05; code 18 02 06 to 305 kg.
