The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — the Forest Act) covering work on breeding and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber, sourcing of non-wood products and nursery production and forest semination to be carried out in the area of Górowo Iławeckie Forest District in 2022.

The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of wood, sourcing of non-wood products resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ, which consists of Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of groups operations, operations and locations; Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system; Annex No 3.3. — summary of the distances and conditions of breaking wood; Annex No 3.4. — list of items not made available for machine sourcing; Annex No 3.5. — Appendix. possible logging technologies;

Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject matter of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 as updated by Decision No 101 of the DGLP of 16 September 2021 and Decision No 112 of the DGLP of 4 October 2021 as well as Decision 61 of the Director of the RDLP in Olsztyn dated 07.10.2021. Decisions on the introduction to the application of the Description of the standard of forest work performance technology in the organisational units of the State Forests define a detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest work activities) which are part of the subject of the contract. The OSTWPL will form the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the components of the object of the contract contained in Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the OSTWPL forestry work implementation technology standard)

5. Descriptions of the action codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ.

6. A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry work is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
