Supply of medicines including infusion fluids, medicines intended for parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition preparations for the needs of CPiT in Bystra, for the needs of the Pulmonology Center and Torakoc

The subject of the contract is the supply of medicines, including infusion fluids, medicines intended for parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition preparations for the needs of CPiT in Bystra, for the needs of the Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery Center in Bystra, in the quantities specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ, under the conditions specified in the draft agreement constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.8. Offered medicines that are medicinal products within the meaning of the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical law must have a current marketing authorization within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law. The validity of the products offered may not be less than. 6 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. In exceptional situations, the Contracting entity allows the Contractor to deliver products with a validity period shorter than 6 months, provided that each time the consent of the authorized representative of the Contracting entity is obtained.
