The subject of the Contract is the development of design documentation along with author's supervision as part of the project entitled: "Design documentation for the Poznań Railway Junction".

The subject of the Contract is the development of design documentation along with author's supervision as part of the project entitled: "Design documentation for the Poznań Railway Junction". The entire subject of the contract includes the performance of the following elements:
1) design documentation, including:
a) Programme and Spatial Concept (KPP),
b) construction projects together with geodetic documentation (map for design purposes), geotechnical and geological and engineering documentation,
c) environmental inventory,
d) materials necessary to obtain a decision on environmental conditions referred to in the Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1094, as amended) together with obtaining the said decision.
(e) detailed drafts,
f) tender materials necessary to select contractors for construction works (i.e. bill of quantities based on the NRP, Investor's cost estimate, STWiORB), PFU for the automation and telecommunications industry and participation in tender procedures for the selection of the contractor by preparing and providing the Contracting Authority with answers to questions asked during tender procedures for the award of a public contract for the implementation of construction works, until the conclusion of the contract with the Contractor, and necessary modifications to the documents drawn up as a result of these questions;
g) obtaining opinions necessary to obtain ULLK/ULICP decisions, water law permits and building permits, along with the preparation of applications for obtaining the said decisions,
h) materials for obtaining water law permits
(i) intermediate confirmations of verification.
2) The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the Right of Option No. 1 (also referred to as Phase IA) and the Law of Option No. 2 (also referred to as Phase II).
2.1). In the case of exercising the Right of Option No. 1, the Contractor shall:
a) obtain final location decisions (ULLK/ULICP),
b) obtains final water law permits,
c) update the construction designs, obtain and prepare a set of materials necessary to obtain building permits along with obtaining final building permits or certificates of non-objection confirming the notification of the intention to perform construction works,
(d) update the detailed designs,
e) update the tender documentation and tender materials, based on the administrative decisions obtained.
2.2). In the case of exercising the Option No. 2 Law, the Contractor shall provide author's supervision for the duration and acceptance of construction works (from the handover of the construction site to the contractor to the time of the last Final Acceptance) covered by the developed design documentation for the task in question.
