The city of Geretsried is planning to build a new day care center for 10 groups (6 kindergarten groups and 4 day nursery groups) on Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Straße. The property (corridor no. 29/0) is located in the south of the city of Geretsried and is accessed from the B11 via Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Straße. This property is currently used as a children's playground. The estimated GFA of the day-care center is 2,060 - 2,200 m 2 .

The subject of the order are services of the object planning of buildings and interiors according to § 33 ff HOAI 2021 LPH 1-9, in case of gradual commissioning. If necessary, various special services will also be commissioned.

The property available is owned by the city of Geretsried. A 2-storey structure is preferred due to the narrow building site. A basement is not planned because of the poor building ground, a soil report is already available. Considering the scarcity of land, the planning should provide that the building could possibly be increased by one floor in the future. The city of Geretsried also attaches great importance to sustainable construction.

Funding from the government of Upper Bavaria is expected.

In 2020, a feasibility study was carried out by an office. The office that prepared the feasibility study is considered a pre-approved applicant. Should the case arise that the previously consulted office should apply and be invited to the award negotiations, the documents (including the soil survey) will be made available by the client to all participants in the award negotiations in order to bring all bidders to the same level of information. Even without the participation of the pre-occupied office, the documents are made available to the bidders in the best possible way.

The award negotiations are expected to take place in mid-May 2021. The order is likely to be awarded after mid-June. The service begins immediately after the order has been placed. The start of use should be possible in September 2025.
