The contract concerns the management of the SD Factory - Creative Laboratory space, the services it offers and the service concession for the “Seltz” rehearsal room and recording studio.

The general purpose of the SD Factory - Creative Laboratory space is to be a reference point for the Reggio Emilia youth art scene, as a physical place and as an incubator of cultural projects, through the promotion of the protagonism of young artists; to give support to artistic and creative production; to facilitate dialogue between the different forms and the different expressive languages of youth creativity, both with each other and with cultural institutions, in particular with reference to the Pole of Arts. Specific objectives: to promote and support youth creativity to produce and strengthen skills with respect to different artistic languages; to welcome temporary residences of young artists for the implementation of performative actions that can be returned to the city; provide a performance and visibility space for young artists, also facilitating the creation of collaborations between the protagonists of the new city art scene; offer an orientation and address desk to young users who want to try to make their creative passion a profession, as well as a study space with workstations in a pro - working perspective; offer a consultancy and technical support desk to videomakers; enhance and support the young music choice of Reggio Emilia, through the historic rehearsal room and recording studio “Seltz”.
