The tender concerns a Framework Agreement for the supply of other plastic articles, further defined in the requirements specification, Appendix 1.

The purpose of the tender is to cover the area of other plastic articles for the laboratories, and to fulfil the tender obligation by awarding the agreement to several suppliers in the form of a needs model, with up to 3 suppliers. All procurement under the framework agreement will take place via direct award to the supplier who most cheaply meets the functional research need (the "needs model"), assessed on the basis of delivery time and/or quality (as a result of predefined products in an accreditation or by repeating documented trials.
