The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new tablets, docking stations, Mobile Information (MI) software, mobile device management software (MDM) and the provision of maintenance services in the field of delivered devices and software for a period of 48 months, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the devices, without comments and reservations.

1. task 1 shall comprise:

a) delivery of brand new 700 pieces of portable devices (tablets) with dedicated chargers for drivers along with mobile device management software (MDM),

b) delivery of brand new 600 units compatible with the supplied docking station tablets, which will be installed in the Ordering Party's railway vehicles,

c) granting a perpetual license for mobile device management software (MDM) for 700 devices,

d) training of 5 administrators of the Ordering Party in the management of delivered devices using the provided management software (MDM),

e) granting an indefinite license to use the documentation related to the subject of the contract,

f) training of 8 employees of the Ordering Party in the installation of docking stations

in the Ordering Party's vehicles,

2) providing for a period of 48 months maintenance services in the scope of delivered devices and delivered software counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of all devices, without comments and reservations.

1. task 2 shall comprise:

a) delivery of brand new 710 pieces of portable devices (tablets) with dedicated chargers, equipped with accessories, i.e. tempered glass, stylus, external memory cards, cases / covers, as well as Mobile Information (MI) software and mobile device management software (MDM),

b) granting an unlimited number of perpetual software licenses (MI),

c) granting a perpetual license for mobile device management software (MDM) for 710 devices,

d) granting an indefinite license to use the documentation related to the subject of the contract,

e) granting all necessary, perpetual licenses other than those specified in paragraphs b, c, d - if the use of tablets and software will require it

f) docking stations with a minimum of four stations for charging mobile devices – tablets complete with AC adapters (for mobile devices – tablets with a touch screen size of 7.0-8.3 inches) in the amount of 3 pcs.

g) training of at least 30 employees of the Ordering Party in the use of the delivered MI hardware and software,

h) conducting advanced training in the use of MDM and MI software for at least 3 Administrators of the Ordering Party,

i) providing for a period of 48 months maintenance services in the scope of delivered devices and delivered software counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of all devices, without comments and reservations.
