The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the terms and conditions governing the future procurement contracts for energy saving certificates from the contracting authority.

The framework agreement covers both EWC purchasing and support services.

However, as the EEC purchasing services are the main object of the framework agreement, it is a framework supply agreement.

It will be allocated to a maximum of six economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers).
