Procedure for the award of a sectoral contract shall be carried out under the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019, amended), hereinafter referred to as the Pzp Act. The proceedings are conducted in Polish. The information obligation under Article 13 (1) and (2) of the GDPR (EU) is fulfilled on the website of PGG S.A. in the GDPR tab. Pursuant to Article 393 (1) (4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority shall reject an offer in which the share of products originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which it applies under Council Decision the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU shall not exceed 50%.
