The procurement ring formed by the municipalities of Kotka and Hamina and the municipalities of Pyhtää, Virolahti and Miehikkälä invites candidates to submit an application for participation in the competitive negotiated procedure in accordance with the contract notice and the request for participation and its annexes. The aim of the acquisition is to obtain high-quality and professional services that will help to achieve the economic policy goals of the members of the procurement ring and support the South Kymenlaakso regional vitality.

The regional services that are to be procured are: - business services

- tourist services

- lobbying services

- regional cooperation management services.

The acquisition is carried out in the form of another joint procurement in accordance with section 21 of the Procurement Act, where the contracting entities agree on the implementation of an individual procurement.

The acquisition is carried out by a competitive negotiated procedure in accordance with section 36 of the Procurement Act. As a result of the procurement procedure, the procurement ring will select one (1) service provider with whom it will award the contract.

A preliminary description of the services to be procured and other indicative tender materials are attached to this request for participation. The content of these annexes may be subject to change and clarification by negotiation, subject to the condition that the selected contractor must perform at least all the services listed at the top level of the service description. The draft agreement, including its annexes, is also the subject of negotiations and may be subject to change during the procedure. The tenderer must only commit to the final invitation to tender.
