Given its obligations and in order to optimize the costs represented by these means of telecommunications, the Agglomeration Community of Val de Fensch is looking for suppliers that will allow it to achieve the following three objectives, among others: a high quality of service, control of telecommunications expenses and a guarantee of economic sustainability and financial soundness. It is a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum amount defined in value

this lot includes the provision of access to the public network (conventional analogue access, telephone lines over IP, access for 2 to 12 simultaneous communications (type "basic access, T0") as well as the routing of telephone traffic for the object accesses of lot 1 (incoming from all sources, outgoing to local, national, mobile and international, outbound to special numbers and emergency numbers)

This package includes mobile telephony services (routing of incoming and outgoing calls, data exchange, terminals and accessories)

It includes interconnection services of Internet access sites and services
