The projected value of the acquisition during the contract period, including the option period, is between EUR 30 000 000 and EUR 40 000 000 000.

The contracting entity does not undertake a minimum contract amount.

The goal is to move from a video conferencing service produced using your own video infra to a turnkey type total service including the necessary equipment. Valtor's Tori business seeks to rid itself of its own video infra and production environment, finding a partner that produces video conferencing with technology independence and is able to enable the use of several different video conferencing technologies.
