Tromsø kommune shall establish a new children and respite residence at Sommerlystveien, for children and youth who have severe disabilities or of other reasons have extensive need for care and follow up outside of the family home for short or long periods.

Full consultant group with all disciplines including engineering design management and applicant functions. 5 groups will be pre-qualified and compete for the project.
