The Contracting Authority will enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of a general welfare technology platform with a local patient signalling systems per health institution. New technology and functionality shall be able to be integrated in the system when this is developed.

The patient signalling system shall be part of a general solution for the municipalities with a view to taking care of those requiring nursing and care in institutions and at home.
