The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from the properties on which residents live, in a way that allows the Municipality of Lubomia to achieve appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended. as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2016-2022, the resolution on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lubomia commune, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended), as well as regulations regarding the implementation of the task.

2. Gmina Lubomia consists of 5 villages: Lubomia, Grabówka, Buków, Nieboczowy, Syrynia.
According to the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship, the Lubomia Commune belongs to REGION III.
DATA:
- the area of the municipality is 4.183 hectares,
- number of inhabitants of the commune according to the population register: 7,612 (as at 31.12.2021),
- the number of inhabitants in previous years (according to statistical data): in 2016-7,772 people, in 2017-7,756 people, in 2018-7754 people, in 2019 – 7,740 people, in 2020-7699 people.
- number of properties according to the declaration on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management: 2083 (as at 22.08.2022),
- the number of inhabitants of the commune according to the declaration on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management: 6,869 people (as at 22.08.2022).

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act, up to a maximum of 50% of the value of the basic contract. Details in chapter VI swz.
