Supply market of approximately 6,420,000 60 l PE bags per year and 915,000 30 l PE bags per year for the collection of residual household waste. The closing ties will be of two types: ties to be tied (“ear bags”) for the majority of 60 l and 30 l bags (96%) and a metal-plastic tie (“open mouth bags”) for the others (i.e. two common ; 4%). For these two municipalities, however, a change is possible during the market towards ear bags.

The supplies will be delivered according to the administrative and technical clauses detailed in these special specifications as well as according to the additional indications given by the managing official or the agents of the competent Intercommunal.

These bags will have a printed text. For each category, a maximum of 25 different printed texts can be ordered. The price given on the tender form will be identical by volume regardless of the closing link. It may vary depending on the color.

The quantities mentioned are indicative and do not commit the contracting authority.

The unit prices given by the successful tenderer will remain unchanged, whatever the quantities actually ordered.
