The subject of the contract is a service that includes the collection and management of municipal waste throughout the entire period of contract performance:

- unsegregated mixed municipal waste,

- biodegradable waste,

- paper and cardboard,

- glass and glass packaging,

- plastics and multi-material waste,

- dangerous, i.e. paints, solvents, detergents and others, plant protection products, medicines, batteries and accumulators,

- renovation and construction.

1. The subject of the contract is a service that includes, during the entire period of contract performance:

1) collection and development of municipal waste:

- unsorted mixed municipal waste (20 03 01),

- biodegradable waste (20 02 01),

from real estate inhabited and temporarily inhabited in the Białogard Commune and delivery to any selected Municipal Installation.

2) collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner from inhabited and temporarily inhabited properties located in the Białogard Commune according to the fraction:

- paper and cardboard (15 01 01; 20 01 01),

- glass and glass packaging (15 01 07; 20 01 02),

- plastics (15 01 02), metal (15 01 04; 20 01 40) and multi-material waste (15 01 05), mixed packaging waste (15 01 06).

3. collection and management of waste:

- hazardous, i.e. paints (20 01 27; 20 01 28), solvents (20 01 13), detergents and others (20 01 29; 20 01 30, 20 01 14; 20 01 15; 20 01 17), plant protection products (20 01 19; 20 01 80), medicines (20 01 31, 20 01 32), batteries and accumulators (20 01 33; 20 01 34) from owners of real estate inhabited and temporarily inhabited located in the Białogard Commune,

- renovation and construction (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 02 02, 17 06 04, 17 08 02, 17 09 04) from the owners of inhabited and temporarily inhabited properties located in the Białogard Municipality (the Ordering Party allows the collection of renovation and construction waste in big-bags with a capacity of 0.5 m3).
