Rental of a temporary 4-digit vehicle hall for a basic service life of 18 months as a replacement building for the storage of emergency vehicles of the fire brigade
On behalf of the Kiel Fire Department, the City of Kiel, represented by the real estate industry, intends to rent a temporary vehicle hall as a replacement for the storage of vehicles and the storage of tools and materials. The hall that was previously used will be dismantled to make way for the creation of a new building.
For the conversion of the main fire station, Westring 325, 24116 Kiel, on the site of the fire station itself, the city of Kiel needs a column-free four-digit lightweight hall for parking emergency vehicles of the fire brigade including four sectional doors with gate control, three insulated steel doors, one of them with fire protection requirements. At
In the event of a technical failure of the doors, a repair must be carried out within 24 hours. The hall is to have a floor area of L x W approx. 15m x 20m with proof of type statics according to Eurocode (EC). The hall must be permanently frost-proof at a temperature of at least 7°C.
The offer is the delivery and assembly, provision, maintenance and dismantling of a lightweight hall for temporary installation and use in the North German Plain for a total base service life of 18 months until October 2025.
It should be added that a lock is planned between the existing building and the temporary lightweight hall. The lock itself cannot be calculated. This is carried out by a secondary trade. The contractor must provide a connection option to the construction of the lightweight hall, to which the secondary trade can connect with the lock. Basically, the lock serves as weather protection for personnel assignments.
For the temporary vehicle hall, all necessary services and ancillary services required for delivery, assembly, maintenance and dismantling must be taken into account. This also includes, in particular, required heavy-duty aids.
It is expressly pointed out that all services take place during the ongoing operation of the fire brigade. All activities such as material delivery, storage and construction site equipment must be coordinated with the fire brigade in advance and included in the offer price. Obstruction of the fire brigade, not only in an alarm situation, is to be avoided in any way.
All claims by third parties arising from improper use of the means or processes used by the Contractor against persons, animals, plants or buildings resulting in damage shall be borne by the Contractor.
For the hall, a building application for obtaining approval must be submitted by the contractor on his own responsibility. It is not necessary to submit a drainage application.
