C.I.VI.S wishes to acquire new light and commercial vehicles for the needs of its services. This contract must make it possible to meet the service needs of the agglomeration community. The service consists of the supply, delivery and commissioning of vehicles (car registration, supply of registration documents, refuelling for thermal and hybrid vehicles, battery charging for electric vehicles) as well as periodic maintenance of vehicles throughout the warranty period (defined by subsequent contracts).

Contractors will also have to provide a price for overhauls excluding mileage, a service that the contracting authority may order during the performance of the contract (defined by subsequent contracts)

C.I.VI.S wishes to acquire new A-segment petrol vehicles for the needs of its services. This contract must also include periodic maintenance and non-mileage overhauls throughout the warranty period (defined by subsequent contracts)

C.I.VI.S wishes to acquire new hybrid crossovers / SUV vehicles for the needs of its services. This contract must also include periodic maintenance and non-mileage overhauls throughout the warranty period (defined by subsequent contracts)

C.I.VI.S wishes to acquire new 3.5-ton fixed-body trucks for the needs of its services. This contract must also include periodic maintenance and non-mileage overhauls throughout the warranty period (defined by subsequent contracts).

The C.I.VI.S wishes to acquire new dump trucks of less than 3.5 tons for the needs of its services. This contract must also include periodic maintenance and non-mileage overhauls throughout the warranty period (defined by subsequent contracts)

C.I.VI.S wishes to acquire new diesel pick-up off-road vehicles for the needs of its services. This contract must also include periodic maintenance and non-mileage overhauls throughout the warranty period (defined by subsequent contracts)

C.I.VI.S wishes to acquire new B-segment vehicles for the needs of its services. This contract must also include periodic maintenance and non-mileage overhauls throughout the warranty period (defined by subsequent contracts)

The one-year Framework Agreement may be renewed three times, by tacit renewal for the same period of one year. The contracting authority shall take a written decision not to renew the framework agreement. He will inform the Holder of his decision by registered letter in acknowledgment of receipt no later than three (3) months before the end of the period of validity of the framework agreement.
