This contract concerns the application DATABASE OF MEDICINAL PRODUCTS and AVAILABILITY ON THE MARKET – hereinafter referred to as 'application'.

The market concerns the recovery of the application, as well as the application support and corrective maintenance, the hosting application and the application further development of the application.

Item 1. Resumption of the application of the current partner, in its current state;

Item 2: Telephone support of the application to the Agency, and corrective maintenance of the application (bugs, defects) + Monthly report

Item 3: Hosting the application (location of the current partner, or location chosen by the provider)

Item 4: Further development of the application (change requests), in accordance with the Agency's commercial and technical requirements

Item 5: Rate per hour in direct control
