The Norwegian Food Safety Authority invites companies to an open tender competition for a framework agreement for “vehicle leasing and administration” and for a framework agreement for “short term car hire” respectively. The framework agreements will be for 3 years, with an option for a 1 year extension.

The aim of the framework agreements is to ensure the Norwegian Food Safety Authority’s employees access to vehicles for inspection visits. Tenders can be given for both or one of the framework agreements.

As regards the extent of the car hire, the Norwegian Food Safety Authority currently has approx. 155 vehicle leasing contracts. In addition short term car hire is used when there are extra needs.
