This consultation is launched according to the formalized procedure (AOO) according to articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 and includes five (5) lots, numbered 2020-esid-tln-0397 (lot 1), 2020-esid-tln-0398 (lot 2), 2020-esid-tln-0399 (lot 3), 2020-esid-tln-0400 (lot 4) and 2020-esid-tln-0401 (lot 5) . The duration of the work is fifteen months plus two months of preparation period. It is brought to the attention of the candidates that part of the work will be carried out in subsection 4 and that for all the lots.

Description:

- site installation (base-camp);

- demolition and removal of various masonry elements;

- masonry work (closing of planters, etc.);

- renovation of balconies and loggias;

- renovation of the tiled terrace / exterior walkway in building A, levels 1 and 2;

- recovery and insulation and waterproofing of the roofs of buildings A and B;

- removal and installation of false ceilings in technical rooms;

- addition of insulation below the floor on certain parts of the building;

- creation of a metal staircase 2 UP;

- overall recovery of rainwater evacuations;

- embellishment of the awning, porch and staircase of the main entrance;

- structural recovery of the main access staircase;

- renovation of the exterior sculpture;

- site cleaning and waste management.
