With this invitation to tender, we are tendering centrally for the need for material for the drinking water supply of KOOPERATION WASSER, called "KOWAS".

KOWAS is a working group. The present tender covers the expected material requirements (PE-HD pipe) in the tender/delivery period for planned construction measures in the drinking water sector of the individual KOWAS companies:

2. Wasserverband Bremervörde, 27432 Bremervörde-Minstedt

3. Wasserversorgungsverband Land Hadeln, 21762 Otterndorf

4. Wasserverband Wesermünde, 27624 Stadt Geestland (Bad Bederkesa)

5. Wasser- und Abwasserverband Wesermünde Nord, 27607 Geestland (Holßel)

6. Wasserverband Wingst, 21789 Wingst

7. Drinking Water Association Stader Land, 21739 Dollern

The subject of the invitation to tender is the common demand for materials (PE-HD pipe) for the drinking water supply of the above-mentioned companies of KOWAS.

The material to be delivered is divided into 4 lots. The type and scope of services are set out in the enclosed service description.

The period of execution of the deliveries (delivery period) is 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023.

The framework agreement is concluded between the supplier (tenderer of the invitation to tender who wins the respective lot) and the members of KOWAS.
