Invitation to tender for a framework agreement on technical advice and assistance (turnkey consultancy).

Himmerland Housing Association offers a framework agreement on technical advice and assistance in connection with new construction and renovation of social housing for departments under the housing association.

The advice must mainly be provided as turnkey advice, so the applicant must be able to perform the task as a turnkey consultant. A few pure architectural or engineering projects are also expected to be tendered under the framework agreement.

The award of contracts under the framework agreement will take place through the reopening of the competition (mini-tender).

The framework agreement is concluded on the basis of ABR 18.

Services under the framework agreement are provided in accordance with FRI and DANSK ARK's Service Description for Construction and Landscape 2018 with project-specific adjustments, which will appear in connection with the mini-tender for the specific agreement.

The framework agreement can be freely used by Himmerland Housing Association's departments.

The frame agreement is not exclusive.

The framework agreement is intended to be concluded with 6 full-service consultants, and 12 applicants are prequalified.

Architects and engineers must apply for prequalification on the basis of their own competences within architectural and engineering consultancy, respectively. In the case of a mini-tender for a specific task in turnkey consultancy under the framework agreement, the consultants on the framework agreement are free to select any sub-consultants.
