The University intends to award a qadro agreement for engineering services and execution of some renovation works in the area of Via del Giochetto and surrounding areas

The University intends to award a framework agreement, pursuant to art. 54, c. 3 of the Code, called "Services and Works Framework Agreement" for the execution of engineering services and some university building renovation interventions mainly in the area of "via del Giochetto or in neighboring areas".

The Framework Agreement will cover all types of works necessary to ensure the maintenance and development of the University's facilities, including extraordinary maintenance interventions, structural works of seismic adaptation or improvement, restructuring, redevelopment and restoration.

The Services and Works Framework Agreement will have a maximum duration of 4 years and will be concluded with a single competitor called Economic Operator.

The Economic Operator awarded the procedure will be entitled to be entrusted within the first year of the contract with the following interventions:

- Intervention I.1 - C19-52SF3 (I° Excerpt) Redevelopment of Pad W building – Via del Giochetto - CUP: J98I21000160006 - € 18.809.003,21 (services and works) VAT excluded

- Intervention I.2 – C19-52SF2 Seismic consolidation Biological institutes Block A1 – Via del Giochetto – CUP: J99J20001010006 - € 2.418.733,41 VAT excluded

In addition to the aforementioned interventions with minimum guaranteed amounts, the Economic Operator may be assigned during the four years of validity of the Framework Agreement further contracts for interventions of a minimum amount equal to € 1,000,000.00 excluding VAT and up to a maximum of € 19,693,375.52 excluding VAT, the total amount of the Framework Agreement is therefore € 40,921,112.14.

The Call also includes options, to be qualified as contractual changes pursuant to art. 106, c. 1, lett. a) of the Code, which will be defined for each Contract.
