The object of the order is to perform an investment task in the “design and build” mode under the name “Construction of two penitentiary pavilions together with accompanying infrastructure in Plock Correctional Facility. The task includes design work and construction works.

Design work including execution on the basis of the Functional and Utilities Programme, Construction works - assembly and installation, including:

a) Construction of buildings and finishing works according to the function provided for in the concept (PFU), a facility with first equipment, technology and internal and external installations.

b) Field work: terrain (macronivellation), reconstruction of the layout of roads and technical access, maneuvering squares and pedestrian strings and paved surfaces for the newly designed building, fencing of the site, development of the site with low greenery, installation off-road lighting, execution of monitoring installation.
