Due to the nature of the alert work, the service provider must also be available outside office hours, on all days of the week and at all times. Electrical work in connection with the technical maintenance of dwellings is not covered by this Agreement. Installation, repair and maintenance of lifts are not covered by this Agreement. Repair / maintenance work is always agreed with the customer separately, except for work outside the office hours, eg main fuse burning or communal sauna heater failure. Maintenance services are described in more detail in the job description (Appendix 2).
The client submits work orders to the contractor through the Tampuur property management system according to the procedure described in the job description. The contractor shall, when planning the work, take into account the timing of the work orders, the number of work to be outsourced, the execution of work within the time limit specified by the customer and any urgency.

The resources of the Contractor shall be so comprehensive that the conditions required by the Contractor in its request for quotation and its annexes are met for the provision of maintenance services. The contractor must have a command of Finnish and English, and in the case of Swedish at least written language skills for the preparation of press releases. Personnel working on the site must have a command of Finnish and immediate English language support. Insurance claims are not included in the contract. The customer reserves the right to order electrical work related to moisture and structural damage repairs at the contractor's choice.
The estimated total value of the maintenance work, excluding VAT, is approximately EUR 200,000 / year. Estimation of the repair amount or value does not bind the subscriber.
