Insurance coverage services for Leonardo da Vinci airports of Fiumicino and GB Pastine di Ciampino airports, divided into the following lots:
- Civil liability of the airport manager (Lot 1) – CIG 9783242AB0
- Civil liability of the airport manager relating to the interruption of operation of third parties (Non Damage BI)" (Lot 2) – CIG 978325663F
The "Civil liability of the airport manager" policy (Lot 1) will have a duration of 12 months with effect from 24.00 on 30 June 2023, unless otherwise indicated by ADR.
The policy "Civil liability of the airport manager relating to the interruption of operation of third parties (Non Damage BI)" (Lot 2) will have a duration of 12 months with effect from 24.00 on 30 June 2023, unless otherwise indicated by ADR.
Insurance coverage service "RC Airport Manager" for Leonardo da Vinci airports in Fiumicino and G.B. Pastine in Ciampino (Lot 1) – CIG XXXXXInsurance service, lasting 12 months for damages unintentionally caused to third parties as a result of an accident occurring in the performance of the activities described in the policy for death and personal injury and loss, destruction or damage to things and / or aircraft. The annual amount of the contract is € 1,510,000.00 excluding taxes.
The estimated amounts referred to in points II.1.5) and II.2.6) and the duration referred to in point II.2.7) refer to the possible, and complete use of the option referred to in point II.2.11 below).
It should be noted that the maximum estimated value of the contract takes into account the estimated labour costs of 3% of the cost of the service.
"Civil liability of the airport manager relating to the interruption of operation of third parties (Non Damage BI)" – Lot 2 - CIG XXXXXXInsurance service, lasting 12 months, except as provided in the policy documents relating to the right of early withdrawal, for damage from business interruption suffered by one or more airlines, as a result of:
1) material damage to real estate, fuel storage facilities or runways, located within the airport;
2) act of Terrorism
3) drone sighting.
The annual amount of the contract is €438,000.00, excluding taxes.
