The Municipality of Juva is requesting an offer for transport lv 2022-2023 and 2023-24 as set out in this call for tenders. This is traffic driven on school days. The Paatela school car day program includes 1 day route per week to run during the school year. The duration of the contract is 1+1 years. Traffic will start on 10 August 2022. The tender process is open to anyone with a public transport licence or passenger licence. The acquisition includes school transfers from the Paatela Village School of Juva Municipality and Martti Talvela campus, as well as the Kaskii-Juva/Juva-Kaskii line shift on school days, as well as the Juva-Suurniemi service route, which is included in the day program of the Paatela school car day.

Kaskii/Juva-Juva/Kaskii inning run as open public transport. Operating on school days from 7:15 a.m. and 3:10 p.m. Route length approx. 40 km/output.

The main responsibility for the functionality and scheduling of the route lies with the service provider.

The service provider ensures that the route is operational and on schedule. The subscriber has the right to change the routes and schedules as needed.

A day-fare 22-26-seat car operated in the Paatela area between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on school days. The length of days varies, the total number of hours of the week is 30 hours, including a Friday service during the school year. The equilibrium period is one week, for an extra hour exceeding 30 weeks, the price of an additional hour shall be indicated in the offer.

The average driving distance on school days is 240 km/pv including Friday transport, with a total mileage of 1200 km for the week. The equalization period for mileage varying daily is one week. The price for an additional kilometre above the weekly mileage shall be indicated in the tender. As a rule, the transfers are placed in the time between 7.30 and 9.00 and 12.00 to 16.00. Friday's business traffic is set between 9am and 12pm.

The offer shall indicate a separate daily price for the Paatela-Juva route during the holiday periods of the school year at Paatela school. The route of operations during the school's summer vacation is not included in this destination.
