The purpose of this consultation is to award a single-attribution framework agreement for the award of subsequent works contracts for the construction of a mixed real estate program of approximately 290 housing units, several shops and premises for the SNCF Brigades — “Lot T10”, located in the ZAC Paris Rive Gauche, Tolbiac-Chevaleret district in immediate proximity to the Halle Freyssinet, in Paris 13 th.

The project is managed by Paris Habitat (lots T10 A North and T10 A South) and ICF Habitat Novedis (T10 B) as part of a group of orders whose coordinator is Paris Habitat.

It will result in the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with no minimum or maximum amount, which will result in subsequent contracts.

The offer presented by the candidate must relate to all the services of the framework agreement.
