The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders, launched by the Alpes d'Azur Community of Municipalities (hereinafter "the Contracting Authority" or "the Buyer") is the supply and installation of voluntary drop-off points (excluding civil engineering) for the collection of waste on the territory of the Alpes d'Azur Community of Municipalities. The services will have to be provided on the territory of the Community of Municipalities, which has nearly 10,000 inhabitants and includes 34 municipalities
