1. The subject of the contract are motor and environmental insurance of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Koszalin. 2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 6, 6A, 6B to the SWZ. 1. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The order is divided into the following two parts:

1.1. PART I of the contract — motor insurance:

A. Mandatory liability insurance of motor vehicle holders;

B. accident insurance for driver and passengers;

C. comprehensive motor insurance;

D. Insurance assistance.

1.2. PART II of the contract — environmental insurance:

A. environmental damage insurance.

2. The description of PART I of the order is included in Annex 6, 6A to the SWZ.

3. The description of PART II of the order is included in Annex 6, 6B to the SWZ.

4. Each part of the order will be evaluated separately.

5. The economic operator may submit a tender for one or two lots of the contract.
