The tender contest applies to the provision of various transport services for Karmøy Municipality.

The VAR department has the primarily need for the service and it includes the following transport requirements:

Transport of collected glass and metal packaging: Borgaredalen - Fredrikstad

Transport of various waste fractions from Borgaredalen to local waste disposal operators.

Transport of dewatered sludge in fluid resistant containers from Borgaredalen.

Various transport and crane lifting assignments in Karmøy Municipality.

Some of the assignments are options.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be between NOK 1,800,000 - NOK 2,200,000 excluding VAT a year. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 10,000 000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The scope in the contract period will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's need, activities, budget situation, and other framework factors. Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
